Leslie-Ann is a skilled facilitator and trainer who is valued by her clients for her ability to not only listen carefully to the individuals and groups with whom she works with but also to share evidence-based reasoning whilst supporting them to find solutions that work.
Leslie-Ann holds a BA degree in Early Childhood Studies and a Masters in Special and Inclusive Education, from the Institute of Education (IOC), University College London (UCL). She has over 10 years’ experience of working with autistic individuals including children, young people and adults and their families alongside the stakeholders around them.
Owing to her expertise in early childhood development and autism, Leslie-Ann trains in helping organisations understand neuro-diversity, bringing this unique and topical specialism to CBC.
Leslie-Ann utilises an individual-centric and neurodivergent affirming approach and in turn provides a space that is both transparent and inviting for all.
