Ciarán is the founder of CBC and is known for having developed the skills of many facilitators worldwide. Ciarán is a specialist in Organisational Development Consulting, Coaching and Facilitation and Leadership Development with a keen interest in conflict resolution, partnership building and in building effective and dynamic management teams. He is a skilled facilitator, coach, and trainer and is a professionally qualified counsellor and executive coach.
Ciarán has extensive experience in coaching across many types and sizes of organisations all over the world. He coaches both individuals and teams as well as peer learning groups.
Ciarán graduated from UCNW Bangor and studied at post graduate level at both the Universities of Leeds and Coventry. He is a published author and a visiting lecturer as well as a keynote speaker at professional conferences.
