Brenda Harrington

Brenda is a certified Executive Coach and leadership development facilitator. She is the author of ACCESS DENIED: Addressing Workplace Disparities and Discrimination, a book that recounts the work life experiences of people of color through stories. Brenda works with clients to help them enhance their leadership competencies and build capacity. Her partnership with leaders is centered on the development of professional habits that will enable them to have the greatest possible impact. Brenda’s career experience includes management positions with Fortune Global 10 firms, and executive leadership positions with small and mid-size firms. As a coach, she has extensive experience working with career subject matter experts and individual contributors transitioning to roles that require the effective leadership of people and teams.

Brenda works with clients one-on-one, in learning cohorts, and on teams. She has designed and facilitated learning experiences for groups ranging in size from five, to more than 100 participants, virtually and in person. She is a sought-after public speaker and podcast guest, sharing her perspectives on leadership, professional growth, diversity, and inclusion.
